We get it — sometimes the vibe isn’t quite right. If your piece isn’t a perfect fit, we’re happy to offer store credit / exchange on eligible returns.

Lodge your return within 14 days of receiving your order

Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

No refunds unless your item is faulty

Store credit will be issued once your return is received & approved

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements

Want to swap sizes? If we’ve got it in stock, we’re more than happy to do an exchange. Just email us to secure your size while your return is on its way. Please note - shipping charges apply.
💌 How To Start a Return
Please sign into your customer account here..... Customer accounts URL follow the prompts for the return. Return Items to us in original packaging, unopened and with tags attached and include your order number etc. Once we receive the return we will process it with an exchange if exchanging sizes or a store credit. If you are exchanging, please include a paid return shipping satchel in your return.
