We get it — sometimes the vibe isn’t quite right. If your piece isn’t a perfect fit, we’re happy to offer store credit / exchange on eligible returns. 

✨ How It Works

• Lodge your return within 14 days of receiving your order

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

• No refunds unless your item is faulty

• Store credit will be issued once your return is received & approved

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements

• Sale items (anything marked down or purchased with a promo code)

• Socks, swimwear & accessories (for hygiene reasons)

• Items without tags or with visible signs of wear

Want to swap sizes? If we’ve got it in stock, we’re more than happy to do an exchange. Just email us to secure your size while your return is on its way. Please note - shipping charges apply.
