When will my order ship?
We aim to pack your pieces within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s en route.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide — from Bondi to Broome and everywhere in between. International, we also have you sorted 🥰
How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate express shipping.

How do I know my size?
Each product page has a fit guide and sizing notes. If you're unsure, shoot us a message — we’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.
Is your clothing true to size?
Most styles are a relaxed, off-duty fit. If it runs small or extra oversized, we’ll always note it in the description.
Do you offer plus sizes?
We’re currently running sizes XS-XXL.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery ~ item must be unworn, with tags still attached, and in perfect condition. (We don’t offer refunds unless the item is faulty.)
How do I start a return?
Easy ~ head to our returns page and follow the instructions.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes! If we’ve got the size in stock, we’ll happily swap it out. Please note - customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Hibiscus Hotel reserves the right, at our discretion, to refuse a refund/return if an item does not meet our eligibility criteria.
Will you restock sold-out pieces?
Some pieces are limited edition (hotel-style exclusivity), but others may return. Sign up to be the first to know — or risk missing the vibe entirely.
Where are your pieces made?
We work with ethical, small-scale manufacturers in Guangzhou, China. We are committed to transparency of sharing our values and ethos surrounding our production practices.
What materials do you use?
We love keeping things natural. Our pieces are made from breathable, comfy, natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. These are perfect for that effortless holiday vibe, whilst keeping you cooler in Summer and Warmer in winter.
We aim to minimise our usage of synthetic materials where possible.
Who is Hibiscus Hotel made for?
For the gals who know that what they wear impacts on how they FEEL.
Life’s too short for clothes that don’t feel like you. Most fashion is either stiff, overcomplicated, or just doesn’t work for real days ~ school runs, brunches, poolside hangs, and everything in between. Hibiscus Hotel gives you pieces that are effortlessly stylish, soft, and easy to wear ~ so you can feel confident, comfortable, and like every day is a holiday.
Is Hibiscus Hotel an actual hotel?
Not yet ~ but we’re manifesting poolside service and spritzes at check-in. Until then, we’re delivering vacay energy through your wardrobe.
