We currently ship across Australia and selected international destinations. Whether you're beachside in Byron or spritzing in Spain, we’ll get your pieces to you.

🇦🇺 How long does shipping take within Australia?

• Standard Shipping (via express): 1-3 business days (metro areas)
  Note: rural and regional areas may take a little longer.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to selected international locations.
Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on your region.

💸 How much does shipping cost?

• Standard Shipping via express (AU): Flat rate $15

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location

📬 When will my order be shipped?

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our HQ. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.

📦 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $300

🕐 Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and link. If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk mail or email us at hello@hibiscushotel.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

🔁 Can I change my shipping address after I order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can absolutely update your address. Email us as soon as possible at hello@hibiscushotel.com.au
