📦 1. Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia
We ship from our studio within 1–2 business days.Shipping is a flat rate of $15 and all orders are express. Free shipping on orders over $300

International Shipping
Shipped within 2 days - please allow up to 21 days for international delivery. tracking will be provided.

Tracking Your Order

🔁 2. Returns & Exchanges

Returns for Store Credit
Changed your mind? It happens. We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery — items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still on. Hibiscus Hotel reserves the right, at our discretion, to refuse a refund/return if an item does not meet our eligibility criteria. Items will be assessed upon arrival back to our HQ.

Exchanges
If we have your size in stock, we’ll swap it out. If not, we’ll issue store credit so you can check back in later.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Sale items.

  • Socks, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items returned without tags or with signs of wear.

We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay — because holiday-mode style should be flexible.

All pieces are made in limited runs and crafted to last. We use breathable, natural fabrics wherever possible. Please follow our care instructions — most pieces are best washed cold, line-dried, and loved gently.

We’re committed to doing things with care — for our customers, makers and the planet. We produce in small batches, partner with ethical manufacturers, and design pieces to be worn on repeat, not once.
